Room Booking Policy

  • The Hotel Administration has the right to enter into agreements for room reservations. If rooms are available, reservations are accepted from both individuals and legal entities.
  • Reservations are considered non-guaranteed without payment. To secure a guaranteed booking, the Guest must make a prepayment of 50% of the total accommodation cost within 3 days.
  • Prepayment is non-refundable in cases of no-show or reservation cancellation.
  • By confirming a room reservation, the Guest accepts and agrees to the above terms, including the cancellation policy in case of no-show or delayed prepayment.

Accommodation Policy

  • Hotel services are provided under a contract. The contract is considered concluded once the accommodation documents are completed (guest registration form filled, tourist tax paid).
  • After completing the registration, the Guest receives a key to the room or house. Payment must be made before check-in.
  • Early check-in between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM incurs an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate.
  • Late check-out between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM incurs an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation in the following cases:
  • The Guest lacks proper identification, or the documents are invalid, expired, or suspected of being falsified.
  • The Guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants, or displays inappropriate or aggressive behavior.
  • The Guest refuses to comply with the hotel’s rules.
  • Other circumstances as provided by Ukrainian law.

Prohibited Actions

Guests staying at the hotel must not:
  • Bring or store in the rooms substances, materials, or items dangerous to health, life, or property.
  • Leave unauthorized persons or pets in the room, or pass the room key to third parties.
  • Dry fruits or mushrooms.
  • Use electrical appliances on the terrace.
  • Place electric devices or clothes on heaters, as this is a fire hazard.
  • Leave pets unattended in the room.
  • Attempt to repair hotel equipment, including electrical, plumbing, or sanitary systems.
  • Smoke tobacco, electronic cigarettes, or hookahs anywhere on the premises except designated
  • smoking areas (information available at the front desk). Violators will be fined.
  • Use unauthorized heating devices or equipment not included in the room’s standard set.
  • Wash clothes or clean shoes in the sink.
  • Misuse hotel equipment.
  • Cook food inside the room or house.
  • Disturb other Guests after 10:00 PM and before 9:00 AM.
  • Use pyrotechnics, sparklers, or candles without prior agreement with the administration.
  • Bring or store firearms, gas weapons, pneumatic weapons, or similar items.
  • Light barbecues close to the building.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are liable for damages to the Hotel’s property, including losses caused by their invited visitors. The compensation amount will be determined by the Hotel Administration. Damages must be fully reimbursed based on an official damage report.

Hotel Property Usage Rules

  • Guests must treat hotel property with care, use equipment as intended, and follow fire safety regulations.
  • Report any damage, technical issues, or emergencies (such as leaks, fires, broken glass) immediately to the front desk.
  • Rooms are furnished and equipped with appliances (TV, hairdryer, etc.) and plumbing.
  • Guests are provided with a key upon check-in, which must be returned on departure. Lost keys incur a fine.

Energy-Saving Rules

  • Turn off all electrical devices when leaving the room. Leaving devices or lights on while absent is prohibited.
  • Do not use unauthorized electrical adapters, power strips, or high-power devices unless provided or approved by the hotel.
  • Avoid leaving water taps running unnecessarily and ensure they are fully closed when leaving the room.
